Job completed in Poynton - full fire place rip out and complete refresh using a beautiful slate hearth and the amazing Dunsley Avance 500 wood only model.

Now commissioned and ready to use just in time for this cooler weather.

This job was a little bit more than your usual sweep.

The customer complained of water getting into the fireplace the first thing we noticed was the incorrect cowling, a falling down register plate and a stove that looked worse for wear.

Customer wasn’t sure how much use they’ll get so opted for a cheaper option refurbishing the stove and making good of the chimney ensuring it was well sealed with the correct plate & cowl.

Job done and it’s looking like brand new again.

The Chimney Sweep of Cheshire -

We was called out to inspect this job. We found a huge problem a gas terminal & gas flue liner connected to a Multi-fuel burner.

The stove was outdated not meeting any modern requirements. Luckily we spotted this before any damage was caused.

We replaced the full flue system with a Midtec Product Ltd flue liner, adaptors and pot hanging cowl. And repointed the top of the loose chimney stack.

In the fireplace we Installed to the amazing Dunsley Avance 400 Multifuel stove which is now safe to use again.

Well that’s it fully booked until the 1st September… I am expecting an incredibly busy winter this year with some exciting new products coming to you guys more on that soon.
