Here we have a small bathroom purposely built new out of stud timber 1.5m by 3.0m we framed the walls cladded them in moisture plasterboard and fully plastered out.
We boarded floor joists we put down 18mm T&G moisture resistant chipboard flooring, then we covered it with 6mm cement board glued and screwed down to help prevent floor tiles cracking through movement also the tile have been fixed down with flexible porcelain adhesive. As you can see there is a void left Where a heated mirror and the vanity will be fitted also toilet is not in yet and shower screen.
