Very busy last few days reconditioning appliances, and training 3 people to learn the trade, These appliances have now been fully reconditioned given a new lease of life and will be donated to one of the many charities we work with. Many more appliances are being reconditioned and not scrapped. lucky for us we just follow around behind another company who write everything off and tell customers to buy new ones. Because they have no clue how to repair so keeps us Real engineers very busy....

Hi, we are a business based in Norfolk and we rework appliances, We have volunteers who help with learning to repair appliances back to safe operation standards, who have all either been unemployed for a long time, Or who have a criminal record and can't get work or mental health problems. We are trying to raise money so we can build and expand our business to help more from gaining work experience to helping families with appliances they need. Last year our trainees refurbished 2500 electrical items in the workshop, including washing machines, fridges, cookers, microwaves and other household electrical goods. These appliances that would have been scrapped, recycled or sent to landfill, are returned to full working order and given a second life. Once refurbished we pass them onto charity retailers and social enterprises who sell them at affordable prices.
