PROJECT COMPLETE
This is one of my first projects since starting up on my own in 2024 and I am really pleased with how this one turned out. The client worked hard at this, alongside the builder, and pulled off a great build.

Here are just a few before and after pictures. My favourite being the transformation of the staircase from dark and dingey to light and airy. What's your favourite?

PLANNING APPROVAL ✅

This lean-to extension replacing the current garden room of poor quality will improve the owners' day-to-day living with a new utility and ground floor WC while offering direct views into their garden.

Designing around the awkward foul waste was a head scratcher but not too challenging.

A much needed improvement for both internal use and external aesthetics.

I was delighted to see the (nearly) finished product of this rear single-storey extension that I designed for my client to give them that much needed larger Utility.

The visit gave me the opportunity to talk with my client about the build process and their experiences, something which I find a useful insight that generally goes missed.
