*FW Properties* 🏡Old Catton🏠 very little wrong with this new build 🙏🏼 it has been finished well, but we can still find issues no matter how small 🔎 dead turf due to lack of top soil 🪴 pipework missing lagging in the airing cupboard 👀 leaking shower screen in main bathroom and en-suite 💦 and a small roofing felt repair is needed 👷🏼‍♂️ 48hr turnaround on the report 👌🏼 and another satisfied client ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*ORBIT HOMES* 🏡Old Catton🏡 Record breaker this one 🫢 it took 20 seconds for me to find a major issue 🔎 a completely blocked drain 🙈 very poor! ❌ some very poorly installed fence posts 👷🏼‍♂️ loose kitchen drawers 🤦🏻‍♂️ gap between the sink and worktop 👀 cracked window unit in the bedroom 🪟a leaking bath 💦 and no gable straps installed on the gable 😡 48hr turnaround on the report ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*ABEL HOMES* 🏡 Dereham🏡 very few issues found at this property 🔎. A blocked drain that was in need of immediate attention 🚫 a damaged bit of fascia board 👷🏼‍♂️ a small leak in the shower screen 💧and a kinked SVP flexi 💩. Another Abel homes property that was finished to a high standard 👏🏼 48hr turnaround on the report ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*TAYLOR WIMPEY* 🏡Old Catton🏡 Nice and neat brickwork on this property 🧱 however my drain camera picked up a nasty blockage that would of been costly! 😱 a fair few decorating issues picked up 🥲 the sparky could do with borrowing my level for his sockets ⚡️lastly I found a small leak on the shower screen 💧 48hr after my inspection, my client had their report ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*PERSIMMON HOMES *🏡Caister-on-sea🏡 messy driveway and damaged kerb edgings 🤦🏻‍♂️ very poor finish to the fencing in the garden 👷🏼‍♂️ both lower level extractor vents weren’t properly connected 🔎 another leaking shower screen and a leaking kitchen sink💧disconnected extractor fan in the loft space 💨 48hr turnaround on the detailed report ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

*CREST NICHOLSON* 🏡Cringleford🏡 very few external issues on this, but my camera still found blocked drains 📹 inside the property was a different story 👀 missing steam protective strips on the washing machine 💨 and it’s safe to say the plumbers had a mate on this one 🤦🏻‍♂️ (deep breath) cracked bath, non central pedestal, leaking shower, leaking shower screen and uneven and loose cistern..(big exhale) 💧 48hrs after the inspection and my clients had their report 😇

*ABEL HOMES* 🏡 Dereham🏡 This was one of the highest scoring homes of late 👏🏼 vent bricks checked with the endoscopic camera 🎥 all air extraction units fully tested 💨 which lead to finding the extractor fan not being connected 🔎 minor leak on the bathroom shower screen 💧 SVP not connected in the loft space 💩 all in all it was a really good finish to the property ⭐️ 48hr turnaround on the report and another happy client 🤝🏼

🏡DAVID WILSON HOMES🏠 *Cringleford* Multiple issues found inside and out on this one 🔍 The rear bay pod has since been taken down and being rebuilt 👷🏼‍♂️ brickwork level issues found 👀 poorly fitted sanitary ware 🤦🏻‍♂️ another leaking shower screen 💧 and damage to the roofing felt 🙈. But the site team at David Wilson homes have been very responsive! 🙏🏼 another 48hr turnaround in my report 🫡 and another satisfied customer 🤝🏼
