The customer gave us creative freedom for their front garden with one key request: they wanted a stunning rockery feature. That’s where the transformation began.

We introduced striking rusted steel edging to create a bold, modern look and carefully prepared the area from the ground up. We excavated the space, installed a w**d membrane for long-term maintenance, and built up the planting area with rich loam soil, enhanced with sand and perlite to improve airflow and drainage — creating the perfect environment for healthy growth.

The exciting part came next: planting over 40 different plant species, bringing together a mix of textures, colours and seasonal interest to create a landscape that will continue to evolve and thrive throughout the year. To complete the look, we finished everything with beautiful plum slate, and some lovely big rocks, tying the whole design together with a clean, premium finish.

The result? A front garden that’s gone from ordinary to eye-catching — fresh, tidy, full of character, and guaranteed to stand out. We’re excited to be returning later this year for more projects already in the pipeline with this customer, and we can’t wait to bring the next ideas to life
