As one of the only, if not the only, building control body to become a Registered Building Control Authority AND also have EVERY surveyor pass the CABE competency assessment scheme and become Registered Building Inspectors at Class 2A and above before the original target date of April 6th 2024, our youngest surveyor Sadie Lakin has also become one of the first female surveyors to pass the Degree in Building Control after 4 years of study.
Impressively, her final 6 months of the degree coincided with the 6 months of her undertaking the CABE competency assessment scheme, resulting in her registering as an RBI at Class 2A and also achieving chartered membership of CABE. We are extremely proud.
