Another fantastic renovation finished by Durand Developments.

This project involved removing a dividing wall to completely transform the layout of the home, creating a bright and spacious open-plan living area. Following structural calculations, a steel RSJ was installed to safely support the property and open up the space between the kitchen and living area.

We then carried out the installation of a brand-new kitchen, featuring solid wood worktops, integrated appliances, and a practical breakfast bar, giving the homeowners a modern and sociable space for everyday family life.
