🚧 **Leamington Spa Extension – Progress Update**

Great progress on one of our current house extension projects in Leamington Spa.

The build is really starting to take shape, with:

✅ Built up to DPC level
✅ Brickwork complete
✅ Roof timbers installed

It’s always good to see a project move from the groundworks stage into a structure that our clients can really start to visualise.

Next up, we’ll continue progressing the roof and getting the extension closer to being fully watertight.

Experienced Landscaper / Groundworker

KBL Construction Group are looking for an experienced landscaper / groundworker to join our growing team working across Warwickshire & the Midlands.

We specialise in high-end outdoor transformations including:

• Porcelain patios
• Natural stone paving
• Block paving
• Driveways
• Fencing
• Turfing
• General landscaping & groundworks

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 5 years experience
✔ Full UK driving licence required
✔ Must be 25+ for insurance purposes
✔ Ability to work to a high standard
✔ Good attitude & reliability essential

Experience with:

• Ground preparation
• Porcelain
• Drainage
• Setting out
• Operating machinery (preferred)

📍 Full-time CIS position
📍 Immediate start available
📍 Warwickshire & Midlands based work
