From start to finish 🎥
We were tasked with this bathroom showing signs of corrosion (steel bath crumbling) and black mould growth.
Upon inspection and during phase 1 (removal), we recognised several issues.
- Bath waste connection has been leaking since installation 💧
- Original WC installation showed the cistern had been forced back to secure, breaking the seal of the doughnut 🍩 causing a leak 💧
- Extraction fan was blocked with dust and showed signs of overheating 🔥
- Aesthetically and practically the customer did was not enjoy one of the most important rooms of the house.
The customer requested correction of all faults and to update the bathroom, with as little future maintenance as possible.
