Stunning transformation on this recent renovation 🤩

The Original house had 2 extensions some years ago and had some underlying issues with floor and ceiling levels being up to 35mm out 🫣

Ceiling battened out, levelled, boarded and plastered with the help of L Doco Plastering Services 👌

Original (damaged) Parquet removed, liquid DPM’d and infilled.

Infills to all low areas and ground floor levelled to one continuous level.

Full redecoration to the living room, new LVT floor laid throughout, finished with some new oak doors.

Just the kitchen doors and panels to changed once the new quartz tops are fitted.

Even small spaces can become amazing 🤩

Asked by a new customer to help do something with their cloakroom WC to add a bit of style to it.

Strip out of old suite and tiles.

Formed a new wall and boxing to make it in line with the existing along with creating a feature.

New concealed cistern installed.

Installed the stunning tiles to tge new feature wall.

New floor tiles installed.

New wash hand basin and tile splash back installed.

Everything ready for the customer to freshen up with a lick of paint.

Another stunning kitchen and refurb job completed for a lovely couple in Olney getting their house ready for their new arrival 🧑‍🍼

Existing kitchen stripped out removal of the partition to make one large space.

Full rewire along with new spot lights, extra sockets, LED under cabinet lighting JKT Electrical

All new plumbing feeds and gas feed to suite new layout, new radiator, hive system fitted CMW Heating & Cooling

Old artex ceiling over boarded and room fully plastered L Doco Plastering Services

New door opening formed and existing window opening reduced/altered to allow breakfast bar to flow through Nixon Building & Co Ltd.

Kitchen supplied and fitted.

New door and lining fitted.

New laminate flooring laid through out the whole downstairs seamless with all new skirting boards.

The results speak for themselves and great work from the team 💪

Light refurb works recently completed in Bozeat for our customer that had just moved in.

All dated and peeling wall paper stripped through out.

Painted and freshened up throughout in a neutral colour for her to put her own stamp on it.

Some feature walls papered.

All switches and sockets replaced and electrics tested. JKT Electrical

Air source heat pump central heating system repairs and inspection carried out along with new TRVs fitted to radiators CMW Heating & Cooling

New laminate flooring supplied and installed.

New fence and gates supplied and installed.
(Posts trimmed and capped now)

Tv mounted to wall

Also sausage rolls supplied to Lewi the dog 🐶😂

Amazing kitchen refit recently completed for another repeat customer 😍

Kitchen supplied and fitted through us.

Full rewire including new light fittings, and re plumb, including under plinth heaters connected to the central heating system. Amazing solution due to lack of wall space.

New LVT flooring laid.

We even got asked back to fully decorate.

The space was tight due to the windows looking out over the amazing views in Newton Blossomville, but it works 😊

Great choice from our customer and great service from Howdens.

Love the difference in colours and how this one works .
