We are looking for an experienced control panel fitter/wire person to join our team. You will need to have experience in the assembling and wiring of BMS/HVAC switch gear, control panels and outstations.
The role will require
· Experience as a control panel fitter/wire person
· Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and drawings
· Backplate layout, fitting of trunking and components
· Layout, drilling and punching doors
· Install of mains and control wiring
· Working to a high standard with a high level of accuracy
This is predominantly a workshop based position located at our workshops in Farnborough Kent with the possibility of site based work when required.
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour basic working week + overtime at 1.5x. 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays.
Driving licence and CSCS card holder preferred.
Hartley and Dark Electric have been established since 1964 as a control panel builder and electrical installer. We have an extremely low turnover of staff and provide a safe and comfortable working environment for all our employees.

Well done to UK Power Networks, had a power cut on Saturday which was back on within a minute. Personal phone call (not a computer) on Sunday apologising and explaining the fault. Dig up the road Monday. Completed and road works removed by Friday. Excellent service thank you.
