Onwards and upwards!
Over the past 3 years, we’ve grown from a team of 2 to 8, entirely through word of mouth, repeat business, and building strong relationships with local architects. A huge thank you to everyone who’s trusted us along the way.
That growth has brought us to an important point — we’re now moving into a more structured way of operating, with full-time management in place to support the projects we’re delivering.
For me, that means stepping away from being on the tools day-to-day and focusing fully on estimating, project coordination, and working closely with clients and architects to deliver projects properly from start to finish.
What does that mean in practice?
- Faster response times
- Quicker turnaround on quotes and tenders
- Better communication throughout projects
- A smoother overall experience for our clients
It’s a big step, and one we’re proud of — and it wouldn’t have been possible without the effort from the whole team.
Here’s to the next stage.
(Although I’ll still be jumping on a mini digger now and then…)
