⚫️ Built within the roof space this will feature 2 large spacious bedrooms with double wardrobes in each living spare. On the rear this will see 2 large rear facing dorma windows with field views.

Another exciting project secured! 🏗️

🟡 We’re delighted to have been awarded the contract to transform this disused warehouse into a modern mixed-use development for Apex Demolition.

⚫️ The project will see the ground floor converted into high-quality office space, with a contemporary apartment created on the first floor—breathing new life into an underused building while preserving its character.

🟡 It’s always rewarding to be part of projects that regenerate existing buildings, creating functional, sustainable spaces for businesses and residents alike.

⚫️ We’re looking forward to getting started and sharing progress as the transformation takes shape.

🟡 A return visit to site for Apex Demolition on phase 2 of this shuttering and plinth block instal to feature new ZED Pod accommodations for hospital staff & members. 🏥

⚫️ We previously first stepped on site in May to install phase 1 of the shuttering and plinth blocks which on a return visit today seeing a 4 story apartment block on really took us by surprise with the level of engineering and structural works to make this happen. 🏗️

Bellow is our on going roof works for the The Old Town Hall. 🏛️

Across this build we will be taking on 12 roof adaptions & alterations consisting of,

Phase 1 - Which see us installing this hand cut link way roof connecting the main building to the rear extension with 2 large veluxs windows either side. 🪚

Clocktown support works which has left just a simple ply finish but has a complex of steels and timber build up to support the new 5M clock. 🕰️

Rear lower 5° pitched lean to which will support mechanical works and industrial units to accommodate the project. 🛠️

We thank Probus Construction Ltd for the continued support and work on this project & Leigh Williams for the fantastic on site management being a dream to work under 👏🏻🦺

Progress continues on one of our largest residential developments. 🏗️🔨

It’s great to see this 300-home development continuing to take shape, with our carpentry teams making excellent progress across the site. ✅

We’re currently delivering the full internal carpentry package, while also completing garage roof installations as more plots move through the build programme. With completed homes sitting alongside those under construction, it’s a fantastic reflection of the hard work, planning and coordination from everyone involved. 👷🏼‍♂️

A huge thank you to our skilled carpenters, site management team and our client for their continued support. Their commitment to quality, safety and programme delivery is what keeps a project of this scale moving forward.

We’re proud to be playing our part in delivering high-quality homes and look forward to sharing more progress as we continue towards completion.
