This customer has been hearing noises in her loft, and has recently had a rat issue which was resolved by another pest controller but seems to of come back, after a full investigation a lot of drain flies was noted in the downstairs toilet, drain flies are linked to drains and stagnant water, took the panel of the pack of the toilet and rats have gnawed through the flexi waste pipe, and been digging in the wall/floor junction, this means a drain issue which will be investigated once we get the go ahead.
