🐀 Years of Rat Problems Finally Resolved 🏡

This customer had been suffering with rats getting into their extension for years, with the issue also affecting a neighbouring property.

Several pest control companies had attended previously and laid poison, but the root cause was never identified. As a result, the problem kept coming back.

After a thorough inspection, we traced the issue to entry points through the drainage system. As shown in the photo, we installed one-way rat flaps, allowing any rats already in the system to leave while preventing them from re-entering the extensions.
