There is something oddly satisfying about halving logs and bookmatching the interior.
These ash logs will be used for turning and hopefully making matching benches.

Working for a client who had a big ash removed due to safety concerns, timber was bucked to be processed for milling/turning at a later stage.

Ian Longstaff TREE Surgery" excellent job getting these down in the sections you did in such an intricate garden.

Makes our job a dream coming in and milling it up ready to go from the offset.

Machinery access not possible but using mobile mills we're able to repurpose storm felled sitka spruce timber for cladding which will be used to build a riverside lodge on the estate at a later date.
