A lot of work goes in to creating a sharp, smooth finish.

If refinishing, fully stripping back any aged coating is necessary, to ensure no reactions or failures occur. Never trust a strangers work!

We then clean, degreasing and blowing off the piece.

2 coats of High Build Polyurethane primer are sprayed, paying attention to details such as beads or bevels, to ensure even coverage. Not too thick, not too thin.

We then sand the finish to 4-600 grit using extraction, before cleaning again. This ensures no primer dust remains, and a clean hard surface is left, suited to bond to the topcoat.

Top coat is applied, usually two coats depending on coverage. This is critical, and the work before hand takes 90% of the time. The finish can be easy, when you know your product, tools and skills.

We allow appropriate time to cure before packing to be transported.
