Unfortunately forgot once again to do the before photos, so here are some, half way through and the end result photos,

We have,

Stripped the old unfit for use decking and replaced the full thing with new and treated timber,

Re-laid and re-painted the brick on edge which was a hazard from being completely loose,

Astro turfed the area before the decking to give it a crisp, colourful and useable area that can now be utilised

Removed a small dwarf wall and amended the heights with concrete to ensure a continuous level from the Astro-turf to decking area,

Using the remaining off cuts, we Constructed a solid planter with a plaque to commemorate Lola đŸ¶

We also replaced the full frame, gate and locks aswell , due to the previous one being weathered, dropped and unusable due to age.

And finally we lifted and relaid a small amount of slabs due to them becoming loose over time

Carrying on for a returning customer:

We’ve carried out a complete rip out and
disposal of the old patio due to numerous problems such as pooling/ flooding as well as age

We have
Built ground up in areas using 20mil to dust which has been sprayed and wacked to ensure a properly solid base

Installed aco drains with every corner being mitered with an adequate fall to ensure no pooling

We have laid
88 square metres of worn grey antiqued limestone paving by quornstone 900X600
Which has been set off with a dark jointing compound by ‘easy joint’

We as a team really enjoyed this job and as you can see it has made a real difference looking cleaner, sleaker and most importantly making it a real and functional patio as before it was not fit for purpose.
