This one was something else — the front of the property was completely wasted space, so we opened it up and brought it back to life. 🤩
We dug out the entire driveway and installed a Mendip Type 1 sub-base with a permeable w**d membrane, then fully compacted it using a single drum roller and whacker plate.
All existing walls were removed and replaced with a new 4ft feather-edge fence. Along the rear of the drive, we installed a 6ft feather-edge fence with a new gate to provide privacy to the garden.
Brett Brindle Trio paving was laid around the perimeter of the drive to break up the black tarmac and add contrast. We also installed ACO drainage across the front of the drive, along with new path edgings to manage surface water effectively.
The job was finished with a fresh tarmac surface, creating enough space for three cars. Clean, tidy, and completely transformed.
We battled the weather all week but still turned it around in just one week. Really pleased with the end result — the lads worked hard and totally changed the whole perspective of the front of the house.
