Site manger Scooby payed us a visit last week and told us that we’re not done! There’s a wedding here in a weeks time and we have to get phase 3 completed. So, we got slightly more caffeinated than usual and got straight on it😎 We built a car park, installed new farm and venue gates, new barn windows and erected festune lights around the venue’s perimeter. And I must say the end result looks fantastic. If you want anything done with passion and a great, hard working team to build your vision, give that vision to Koi Construction LTD. Customers like Terry always ask us, what’s the point? We’ll Terry, the point is, overtime the cement in the jointwork will erode and slowly wash out, resulting in wobbly patios or disjointed brickwork. So we took great care to rake out the old stuff, re-slab the bad ones and point in the new, ensureing a wobble free patio and a better looking, more structurally sound brick wall.

The good news was that Terry thought it wasn’t pointless after all! (Few)

A complete floating floor rebuild 👍

A clients floor was completely rotten through with moisture and fauna growing in from old buried air bricks; so we removed, cleaned and rebuilt from the ground up. New brick work, new dpc, new timbers, new airflow and Caberfloor chipboard flooring 🛠️
