UPDATE ON WORKING CONDITIONS
Due to the severity of the worldwide situation
As of today 24/3/2020 we will only be undertaking emergencies in special cases

These will be only

No hot water
Gas leaks
Leaks causing loss of drinking water within property

All other non emergencies will not be booked in
Please be advised that due to certain parts possibly not being available that the only solution might be to make safe

Any of these will be prioritised for NHS Staff, the vulnerable and other key workers .

If we are called to your property we ask that you

inform us of any issues / symptoms relating to corona virus we can then assess situation
That you if possible keep to a separate room whilst we are in your property
And you clean down area of work

We will use disposable masks , goggles , gloves and sanitise tools before and after every job to ensure safety for us and you as best we can

Please please only call if this is a genuine emergency

This is a testing time for all concerned but as a Great Nation we will come through this
