🚧 PROJECT UPDATE 🚧

Cwmavon Project, delivered in partnership with CJ Construction.

Phase 3 is now nearing handover, with works progressing well towards completion.

Our team has completed all services, foul and storm drainage, kerbing, formation works and SuDS/SAB installations, along with slabbing and soft landscaping.

We're proud to see another phase of this project nearing completion and would like to thank everyone involved for their hard work and commitment.

🚧 PROJECT UPDATE 🚧

Afan United FC Project, delivered in partnership with JD marine and sons LTD .

We're proud to have played our part in delivering this fantastic community project.

Works completed on site included the excavation and pouring of foundations for the new community hub and changing rooms, blockwork up to damp proof course (DPC) level and the construction of reinforced concrete floor slabs to both buildings.

Our team also carried out all foul and storm drainage works, including the installation of a soakaway tank and septic tank, together with SuDS works, including rain gardens. Service trenches were installed for gas, water and electric supplies.

A huge well done to everyone involved in this project. It was fantastic to see the local community come together to help create a facility that will benefit local people for years to come.

Garden Renovation Project 🌿

Our team recently completed a garden renovation, transforming the space from initial clearance through to the final finishing touches.

Works included the removal and disposal of existing fencing and sheds, excavation, membrane installation and stone sub-base preparation. Drainage was installed before laying porcelain paving throughout the area.

The project also involved excavating and pouring foundations for a new boundary wall, followed by brickwork construction and the installation of grey coping stones.

✅ Another project completed.

Phase 2 continues to progress and is nearing completion, with Phases 3 and 4 now underway.

Groundhog Project Update 🚧

Works on site included excavation for the base of a small lift installation followed by the installation of reinforcement steel and the pouring of the reinforced concrete base.

Internal walls were then shuttered and poured to complete the next stage of the structure.
