We had a chance to get back and visit this job we did in the summer, the windows are now installed by Allglass Cornwall LTD and have finished the place off to make all the work look amazing. We put a new EPDM roof and slate roof with new Fascias and internal works.

We recently finished this 150 Eurocell rosewood shiplap on a property in bovisands Plymouth, the fitters installed a membrane and battens, then installed rosewood shiplap and trims. One very happy customer 👍

White Eurocell replacement Fascias, soffits and guttering in Penryn, this property we have finished had the original wood roofline that had rotten out, we installed replacement Fascias, soffits and guttering, installing over fascia vents and felt trays, the gable end trusses had also rotten out and need to be replaced. One very happy customer 👌

Another job complete last week, this client in Porthleven had a balcony built with the extension some six years ago, sadly the Cedral cladding wasn’t installed correctly and didn’t have membrane to protect the timbers or air gaps to allow the Cedral to breathe. Last winter the storms ripped this off, with the balcony have amazing see views, also means it’s open to the harsh storms in Porthleven. Customer is happy with the new cladding. 👌

We have finished this 49m2 roof and tiles. Removing the old poly carbonate roof and felt roof, along with old tiles/battons/felt.

Installing more 6 x 2 beams to take the weight of the new EPDM roof, then installing a breathable membrane for the tile section of the roof. Once the Permaroof UK EPDM sheet was on, we then installed insulation between the beams, leaving an air gap for the flow of air from the soffit up to the vented ridge.

We installed a plasterboard ceiling and tape
and skimmed. We also installed new Eurocell Fascias, soffits and guttering.

This B & B breakfast room is now back in use on no longer getting leaks on the guests. So very happy clients 👌
