No posts for a while but work had been flat out. Loads of jobs been completed from decking to roofing, multiple electrical installs and following our delay by Wessex water extension progressing well also with back of house removed now all insulated, boarded and skimmed and floor screeded ready for kitchen install to start next week.

Currently started another extension in Portishead. Footings excavated to 1.6m, main sewer moved to outside of new extension, shoring installed to prevent bank collapse, footings massed filled with concrete and site set out ready for walls to start being built.

Another garage conversion started on Wednesday in Portishead for Fraser Langdon working with Steve Carey. Wall knocked down, New floor and walls installed, insulated and part boarded. Mains fuse board moved and new 18th edition one installed. Rest of boarding and wall demolition to follow this week after boiler is moved Monday.

Boys and girls toilet completed in a primary school in Cardiff in 10 days for Fraser Langdon ltd. All the old ripped out floors kangoed up latexed and levelled out ready for new flooring and the install of the new cubicles W/C's, sinks, urinal and fixtures. A much nicer and more modern look.

Lovely new kitchen and utility room laminate flooring installed the other day.
