Removed and disposed of the existing leaking bath. Supplied and installed a low-profile shower tray, concealed shower valve and fittings, and a recessed shower niche. Retiled the shower enclosure, including new wall and floor tiles, providing a durable and modern finish.

After experiencing continuous leaks from the original bathroom since moving into his new build home, and after numerous unsuccessful repair attempts by the developer, Matt Pinhead chose to have the bathroom completely replaced. The new setup includes a sleek low-level shower with an anti-slip tray, with the bathroom supplied by Versatile Dorset

Out with the old, in with the new 🚿
This project involved replacing a leaking bath with a modern walk-in shower after identifying the root causes—poor tile installation and a screw through a pipe.
The new setup features fresh tiling, a Mira Sport electric shower, a concealed waste tray, and a built-in niche for storage. The ceiling was also upgraded with wipeable boarding to prevent future damp issues.

The old wet room had started leaking and could no longer be used. The customer wanted peace of mind going forward, with all water connections easy to access if ever needed. To achieve this, some of the existing tiles were removed and replaced with modern shower panels, giving a clean finish. The underfloor heating was replaced, and new bathroom furniture was installed to create plenty of practical storage space.
