Another roof transformation completed!
This property had an ageing roof that was around 50 years old and had started to leak.
We stripped the entire main roof, installed new breathable felt and battens, and re-tiled it to give the home a long-lasting, weatherproof finish.
To improve the appearance of the property, we also built a new pitched roof over the existing flat roof and finished it with stylish black woodgrain-effect cladding. New black fascias were fitted throughout to complete the modern look.
As part of the project, we installed a new 100mm waste pipe and gully to accommodate the new rainwater downpipe, ensuring effective drainage.
The whole project was completed in just 8 days.
