Before and after. We replaced rotten batten and stud work, pulled down and disposed of the old soffit board (it was VERY rotten!) and replaced it with new soffit board 👌

Built the floating floor and all stud walls, run all cables, plumbing and sewage….now starting the boarding up. This commercial property has character. And it’ll look amazing once we’ve finished!

Laying P5 floor using the correct glue and floor screws. At the same time as running the cables for the floor sockets for each desk and installing a water proof membrane to help ensure no further damp issues (damp course repaired also).

Some great visits this past two days to look at some jobs. Some small, some larger, with lots of advice given.

Saved some people a lot of money too! For me it’s not about how many jobs I can get to build that bank account. It’s about being totally upfront and analysing needs first. Then advising accordingly.

If I can save you time, money and hassle, I WILL. Plain and simple. It’s about bigger picture, always has been.

I’ve blocked out next Tuesday to come and look at some more potential jobs. Smaller jobs have a waiting time of around 2 weeks, larger jobs are discussed based on size and needs as our calendar is pretty busy! But we are still taking bookings for now 👍

Installed the stud work walls today upstairs with door liners, with the initial electrical work to bring the old building up to 18th edition British standards!
