Some carpenters shy away from sash windows — I genuinely enjoy working on them.

A glimpse into one of my favourite areas of carpentry: restoring traditional timber sash windows, removing old layers of paint, cutting out and replacing rotten timber, glazing replacement, carrying out proper joinery repairs, and fully draft-proofing — all while preserving the original character.
