This garage roof was in desperate need of repair! Leaking and rotten there was only one thing to do! 🌧️

Ripped up all the old felt, repaired all the rotten timbers and installed 3 layers of torch on felt

Installed new fascia and gutters all the way round and reinstated the old lead to keep the costs down

All sorted for years and years to come👏🏼

The old plain pillar wasn’t doing it for this characterful property and was time for a change

All pointed in a lime coloured mortar to finish off the look

A lovely job finished from last year!

The small utility wasn’t working anymore so we took the wall out and opened it up into one big room 🔨

Everything out, boiler moved, door way blocked up, new flooring and kitchen to totally transform this space into exactly what the customer wanted

Another one that turned out great😮‍💨
