Bit of a gamble with the weather today as the weatherman said it was meant to rain but we pulled it off!

Wrapped up this flat roof using Metroflex – tough, reliable, and built to handle whatever the Cornish skies throw at it

We also completed the lead work to make sure everything’s sealed, secure, and looking spot on

New roof complete for Arnell Construction Ltd
We got around to finishing this roof last week. This had nearly everything including a very detailed flat roof. Then onto the slate roof which consisted of raking eaves and verges two big luxlite windows and lots of lead work. All the slates were cut by hand to give it that authentic slate finish. We used Brazilian graphite slates fixed with copper nails.

Here’s a roof we finished just before Christmas for Warvena Construction ltd. We used Brazilian graphite slates on stainless steel hooks, and the valleys were close mitred. Lots of work involved but turned out looking really smart!

Nice little job completed today. We started by stripping off the old metal sheets and discovered bitumen felt underneath, along with some rotten chipboard. Once everything was removed, we replaced it with new 18mm OSB boards and finished it off using the Metroflex fibreglass system to create a fully watertight flat roof covering around 45m².

🌧️ Storms won’t stop Trevow Roofing 💪

We’ve just completed this flat roof using Restec 2020, all carried out under a temporary scaffold roof, allowing us to continue despite the rough weather 🌬️☔

The roof includes a large skylight opening and also features two through-the-wall outlets, all neatly detailed and prepped ✅

We will soon be returning to this property to start work on their slate roof 🏠.
