Redruth Town Council is seeking an Administrative Assistant Summer Intern to join the team for a six-week contract during July and August 2026.

This role offers an opportunity for school leavers and college students to gain practical experience in a busy office environment and develop an understanding of how local government works.

Local groups, organisations and community projects are reminded that applications for Redruth Town Councilโ€™s current Grant Scheme must be submitted by ๐Œ๐จ๐ง๐๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ‘๐ŸŽ๐ญ๐ก ๐‰๐ฎ๐ง๐ž.

The scheme will then be updated and relaunched from ๐–๐ž๐๐ง๐ž๐ฌ๐๐š๐ฒ ๐Ÿ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐‰๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฒ, ahead of the next round of applications.

Grants are available to support projects and initiatives benefiting the Redruth community, with applications considered twice a year by the Councilโ€™s Finance Committee.

Crimestoppers is a national charity which encourages anyone to report crime anonymously by phone and online, 24/7, 365 days a year. They also share advice on how to protect the people you care about from crime, helping communities feel safer and empowered to report crime.
