Six years ago I snapped my Achilles tendon playing rugby… and honestly didn’t know if I’d ever properly play again.

Today was the first time back on the pitch since then, representing against West Midlands Ambulance Service.

And to top it off… we won 24–17 💪🏉

Pre Malvern hills hike 😝🗻

I went on the most amazing hike around the Malvern Hills this morning.

Set my alarm for 4:30am to beat the traffic and beat the heat… somehow still ended up as a sweaty mess halfway up. 😂🥸

But honestly, the views were unreal. Proper scenery, proper leg pain tomorrow. 😂

Chelsea Flower Show through the eyes of a gardener who absolutely cannot be trusted around plants and garden accessories 🌿

Honestly though… so much inspiration this year. The planting combinations, the water features, the creativity on Main Avenue… unreal.

I came for inspiration and left with enough ideas for a garden and potentially a criminal record.

Back in March I got invited to the BBC Creator Lab and RHS In Bloom retreat with a group of amazing creators from across the UK. We spent a few days learning from BBC teams, presenters and producers, talking all things storytelling, content creation and gardening.

Fast forward a couple of months and now I’m heading to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show to film with the BBC. Which feels absolutely unbelievable!

Very grateful for opportunities like this and genuinely excited (and slightly terrified) to see what next week brings.

Chelsea… let’s goooooooooo.
