Another brilliant day practicing at doing practice stages, long range work and other drills. Shooting the B14R today and it didn’t miss a beat. Big thank you to the RO for the day and everyone else for making it a great day out. We had a good laugh. Feeling more confident about the match on the 1st and 2nd of Feb.

A new contender has entered the room! Thanks to the Tikka T1X with chassis is a strong contender.

Not sure at this point which way I’m going to go. Bergara B14R trainer, CZ 457 or Tikka T1X

Any advice welcome. Tried all in anger apart from the T1X so hoping to do before pulling the trigger on a purchase as such.

What would you do?

Actually swaying towards the CZ 457 now for my new rifle. It feels a lot better fitted to me factory than anything else I’ve tried. Plenty of chassis and upgrades available and I think the 60degree throw is actually an advantage in PRS / NRL hunter.

Need to pull my finger out and decide on scope now!

A foggy but fun day at Leggots quarry with ****ms. I had the pleasure to try some NRL stages kindly set up by . Also a little prs stage by (which would have been a good first run if the rifle mag actually worked!!!)

Now my knee operation is all done and dusted I’ll be back on instagram a lot more now and hopefully document some good fun at the first match soon!

Great to see new and old faces and making new friends. Such a great community!

A new rifle added to the BOS Pest Control arsenal. Not such a common one, a Zbroia Hortitsia in .177

This will be topped off with a Hikmicro Cheetah day/night vision scope. Zbroia are a Ukrainian manufacturer with a great target shooting heritage, so shot precision will be fantastic with this beast!
