Another long day for the team today down in Knaresborough. Fascia soffit and guttering and down pipes, felt and lath and tiled, and 35sq meters Grp with lead flashings.
All completed in one day. ⛏⛏

Not many company’s like using GRP for the effort and skill it takes, but we pride ourselves on a good job, and we have the best GRP installers around (in my opinion)
90sqm stripped re boarded all correct trims and a 2 layer GRP system completed in a day.
Working with RDS Property maintenance to get the job done.

2 roofs in Barton we got finished off this week.
1st one we started last week at the start of the week, we stripped it felted and lathed it and then returned Monday to finish it all off. 2100 tile job done in 4 days!!!

The second roof we started on Wednesday and got finished yesterday, we stripped the roof felted and lathed and loaded it on Wednesday, then tiled, verged, new ridge on dry ridge and new lead works to the chimney.

Another one done in Oakfields, Middleton Tyas RDS Property maintenance working with us again on this one ⛏
New roof, Veluxs removed, new dry verge, new dry ridge system, eve and bird protection, 1300 tiles loaded and laid and all waste removed from site, In two days. ⛏⛏

A few jobs we’ve been on with this week.
Monday and Tuesday we were working in Ramshaw removing solar panels and putting a new roof on a property with new lead flashings and a dry ridge system.

Wednesday we installed a new GRP roof in Richmond

Thursday we installed new capped angle ridge on a ofshot of a property in Richmond and then went and viewed 3 jobs

And Friday was a long day, extending a porch timber work, and then putting on a new roof, soffit fascia and gutter.
Working with RDS Property maintenance again we got the jobs done to a high standard and on time!

Been that busy last week forgot to post photos of 2 roofs we completed in 3 and a half days, which gave us a well deserved day off Friday.
As usual working with RDS Property maintenance to get the jobs completed to high standard and completed ahead of schedule.

We’ve been quiet on posting while we’ve been on this big job in Leeming.
50 tonne of Yorkshire stone removed, new felt and lath and 5000 concrete tiles installed.
Over 50m of dry valley installed, over 100m secret gutters installed, new lead works to 4 chimneys, cast guttering removed and deep flow plastic installed all with new down pipes.
2 large GRP fibreglass flat roofs installed.
All completed ahead of schedule 5 weeks total!!

Been quiet on posting due to being so busy. We’ve been on phase two of a job in Gainford, but we managed to fit this new roof in for a customer working with RDS Property maintenance .

🟥New roof with new felt lath eve protection and fibre cement slates
🟥 All new ridge on a dry ridge system.
🟥 All new lead works
🟥 New black fascia soffit and guttering
🟥 large chimney removed
🟥 New roof to two lower levels
All cleaned up start to finish in 4 days.
Said it before and I’ll say it again, we have the best team of lads who turn in every day to make sure the best of job is completed for the customer.
