This is the second contract this week secured with another new client. This is the Story Homes new signature site in Ebchester. 72 units on an exclusive development tailored to the very high end of residential new builds.

This site will allow us to really showcase the quality of work we offer our clients and demonstrate why we are one of the most trusted groundwork’s contractors in the North East.

We will be delivering the groundwork’s package at St George’s, Morpeth for 62 homes and 3 apartment blocks.

We continue to expand our client base across the region in line with our ambitious growth plans throughout 2026 and beyond.

New site underway…

Work has now started in the costal village of Whitburn for our valued client Lovell Homes

We have secured the full package including roads and sewers, S278 and plotworks.

This is our second development with Lovell and once again demonstrating repeat business is the best testament to a great service.

In the 1st 12 weeks as principal contractor we will hand back all roads and associated infrastructure along with 12 plots slabbed and ready for superstructure bricklayers.
