We turned half of this garage in to a garden office space.

Room was completely framed out in timber, then fully insulated. Will definitely stay warm in the winter months.💪

New sliding doors was cut in to the side for access, also let's in alot of natural light in.

We also installed a window for just that extra bit of light to come in.

All new flooring was installed with new skirting boards.

All ready to be used as a home office.👌

We turned this garrage in to a usable bedroom.👌

All walls framed out and insulated keeping with building control specifications.

Ceiling was insulated and vents added between each joist for air flow.

New window was instslled.

Floor was fully insulated and a floating system was installed for flooring.

Room was plastered and new skirting boards and laminate flooring installed.

Walls have been fully insulated and framed out.
Ceiling has been fully insulated all to building control specifications.
Floor has allso been fully insulated and a floating floor installed on top.

New electric sockets and lights installed.

Room has been finished off with a oak affect wall panels and work bench.
