We are family run business with a wealth of fencing and landscaping experience.

We strive to deliver exceptional work with good quality materials and we always trying to add to our wealth of knowledge. John began the family business over 40 years ago, with a wealth of Fencing and landscaping knowledge. Leon joined the company in 2003 and together they have successfully established a reliable name for top quality workmanship. Sue and Ria support Father & Son by taking care of

the admin and communications. And in June 2024 Isaac joined the business, we now have 3 generations of Paine boys growing the Paine and Son brand. We carry full Public Liability Insurance and can give references if requested. We give free estimates for all jobs, no matter how big small or how difficult. If you want to give your garden a face lift or even just need some fencing repaired this is the company for you. John and Leon specialize in fencing, hard landscaping, pergolas, decking and have been known to make the odd chicken run or fruit cage. Fencing for all eventualities, from agricultural, bespoke, domestic, equestrian and security all at competitive prices. If you have a job in mind and do not know if we can do it please ask and we will try and accommodate.

THE MND MISSION CONTINUES… 💙

At Paine & Son Fencing, supporting our community and raising money for causes close to our hearts is incredibly important to us.

Since a close friend was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease in 2024, Ria has been on a mission to help make a difference.

Together with Team MND (Adam, Dom & Matt) Robertsbridge, she has helped raise an incredible £20k this year… and she is not stopping there!

This month:
Ria is running 60 miles in August
Sunday 16th August: MND Charity Cricket Match
The big one: Ria has secured her place in the 2027 London Marathon!

We’ll be sharing all the fundraising adventures along the way the miles, the events, the aching legs and probably a fair amount of questioning her life choices! 😂

We'll once again be setting up camp at Rural Past Times in Horns Cross, so come and find the Paine & Son stand where you'll be guaranteed a warm welcome.

Whether you're a tractor enthusiast, a lover of vintage engines, an animal fanatic, or simply someone who enjoys wandering around with an ice cream in one hand and something delicious from a food stall in the other, there's genuinely something for everyone. Add in live music, bars, shopping, sweet treats, and enough things to see and do to keep the whole family entertained, and you've got yourself a cracking weekend.

So pop by, come and say hello, have a chat, and enjoy the glorious sunshine.

We are proud kit sponsors of Robertsbridge Cricket Club, and we appreciate the opportunities that grass roots cricket gives to our youngsters.

Ria has taken further steps into help support the club, alongside Cherry Taylor.
Cherry is the established ladies team manager, and comes with a wealth of experience and knowledge.

Cricket is such an incredible team sport – it’s not just about the game, it’s about building confidence, friendships, and a real sense of belonging. Watching girls grow in self-esteem, support each other, and enjoy a bit of healthy competition is exactly what makes it so special.

We’re now looking for new girls aged between 8-11, to come and get involved, whether you’ve played before or are completely new to cricket. Everyone is welcome!

If you're looking for a fun, supportive environment where you can learn new skills, make friends, and be part of something positive, for the little females in your life – this is your chance.
