🔥 💧 We’ve been quiet on here for a bit, but here’s one of the jobs we’ve completed this week.

We replaced an old, inefficient boiler and hot water setup with a brand new Baxi 30kW system boiler (complete with a 10-year warranty), a 250-litre unvented hot water cylinder, and upgraded the whole system with new thermostatic radiator valves.

The property now has 3 separate heating zones, each with Hive smart controls to give better efficiency and comfort throughout the home. We also fully flushed the system and added Fernox inhibitor to keep everything running smoothly.

🔵 Below is an install we carried out, it’s got a Worcester 40kw heat only boiler with and ‘S Plan’ set up with hive smart controls, low loss header and external pumps.

A Chemical flush was carried out using the best Fernox chemicals, inline with a Worcesters own magnetic system filter to prevent any missed debris from entering the new appliance. 🔵

🔵 Below is an install we carried out a short while ago near Hollingworth Lake. Moving an old Worcester Combi from the loft space to a more accessible position in the landing airing cupboard.
Customer received a 10 year warranty on this particular model. Wireless controls, vertical flue (using a professional roofer), condensate pump & 7 additional radiators.
A Chemical flush was carried out using the best Fernox chemicals, inline with a Vaillant’s own magnetic system filter to prevent any missed debris from entering the new appliance. 🔵
