🚿 From Worn Out to Worry-Free! ✨

A bathroom refurbishment we completed in Chadwell Heath, Essex for one of our landlord clients.

After more than 15 years without any major work, this bathroom was well past its best. The ceiling was failing, there were multiple leaks, the subfloor was rotten and tiles were literally falling off the walls.

We stripped everything back to brickwork and started again:

✔️ New electrics and plumbing
✔️ New ceiling
✔️ Walls plastered throughout
✔️ Scudo bathroom suite
✔️ White metro tiles
✔️ Stylish patterned floor tiles

The result is a clean, modern bathroom built to last for years to come.

Both the tenant and landlord were delighted with the transformation — and with any luck, this bathroom won’t need touching again for another 15+ years! 🙌

🚿 Two Bathrooms. Two Major Transformations. 🚿

This was completed in Chadwell Heath, Essex for one of our regular property management clients.

Both bathrooms had seen better days. One had water-damaged wall panelling that had been soaking up moisture for years, while the other suffered from multiple leaks, leaving the subfloor and joists rotten.

We stripped both rooms back to brickwork and rebuilt them from the ground up, including new plumbing, walls, flooring and everything in between.

Finished with:
✔️ White metro wall tiles
✔️ Porcelain floor tiles
✔️ Quality Vitra and Scudo sanitaryware

Working to a strict budget, we helped our client achieve two modern, durable bathrooms without compromising on quality.

Another full refurbishment completed for one of our letting agent clients.

After years without any updates, this property was crying out for some attention. Our aim was simple: maximise the space, modernise the finish and create a home ready for its next tenant.

🏡 A brand-new dove grey handleless kitchen with new appliances, white metro tiles, porcelain flooring and a bespoke breakfast bar to make the most of the compact living area.

🚿 A complete shower room refurbishment featuring a clever 2-in-1 toilet and basin unit, metro tiles with light grey grout and porcelain floor tiles to keep the space feeling bright and modern.

We also fitted new doors, new blinds and redecorated throughout.

The existing flooring was still in good condition, so rather than replacing it, our cleaning team worked their magic and brought it back to life — saving waste and achieving a fantastic result.
