Customer in Dartford. Existing boiler was found unserviceable due to inadequate clearances and a leak. Re-sited new Worcester 4000 combi boiler to eye level, with new controls, filter and vertical flue. TEN YEAR WARRANTY

Removed the existing 20-year-old Worcester boiler and upgraded the heating system with a new Worcester Bosch Greenstar 28CDi Compact boiler, Worcester Smart Controls and a magnetic system filter.

The boiler was also centralised within the cupboard to ensure the installation complies with the manufacturer’s requirements and provides a neat, professional finish.

Customer is very happy with his new system and Worcester 10-year parts and labour guarantee.

When our old Baxi back boiler failed just over a month ago, it kicked off one of the most stressful experiences we've had in a long time. Our setup consisted of an old back boiler from 1979, ageing pipework, a hot water tank upstairs, and a cold water tank in the loft. ★★★★★
