We have recently commenced work on the £4 million refurbishment programme for Thames Water at the Power House and associated buildings at Deephams Sewage Treatment Works in North London, one of their most strategically significant operational sites.

To reduce our carbon footprint, we are not sending Christmas cards this year but have donated to our favoured local charity St Francis Hospice.

We’re proud to have delivered significant improvements at the Lombard Trading Estate, Charlton, on behalf of our client for Orchard Street Investment Management as part of their wider programme of active asset management, boosting EPC ratings and sustainability across the site.

Beyond the build, we engaged with the local community, supporting Greenwich Carers Centre by re-levelling their wheelchair-accessible pathway and partnering with Greenwich College, offering work experience and hosting a tour to showcase EPC A+ and decarbonisation measures.

We are pleased to start the year by announcing an exciting new project appointment. Our client Bloom, in a joint venture with Crosstree Real Estate Partners LLP, have acquired the multi-let Fairview Business Centre in Hayes, which is set to undergo a major refurbishment, aimed at improving its EPC rating from D to an ambitious A+.

Our contract encompasses the comprehensive renovation of the 106,901 sq ft estate, originally built in the 1970s and 1980s. The project includes upgrading the EPC rating, enhancing the overall appearance of the warehouses, and undertaking key works such as asbestos roof removal, installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels and electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure, refurbishment of office and warehouse spaces, and external landscaping.
Work is scheduled to begin in February 2025 and will follow a 6-month programme. https://bit.ly/3Pwao1M
