2 dormer roofs completed in EPDM rubber. The previous felt covering was in very poor condition.
Our usual 20 year guarantee applies and of course, these roofs won't require any maintenance like felt and fibreglass do and should last well over 50 years.

A large 12m x 4m low roof completed. Required a back breaking 3 tons of stone removing before it could be boarded. A major leak had occurred that we tarped up in December required some structural repair, but nothing major. All completed in 2 days.

It's been a long time coming, but we finally got a break in the weather to install a large roof. Two garages, side by side, total area 35m² with a unique joint between them, which had failed. We've installed a premium 1.2mm EPDM rubber membrane and of course, guaranteed it for 20 years, although it will last at least 60 years, maintenance free.

Another 6 roofs delivered that we can only add to the growing pile in our unit until this wet weather improves! We're sending a dove out next week in the hope it will return with a twig 🙏

EPDM roofs are the most durable finish for flat and low slope roofs. They can withstand very high and very low temperatures without cracking or melting and generally don't have any cuts or joints leading to vulnerable areas. Another quality install of EPDM rubber on a low sloping roof. Low slope roofs with tiles can often leak when driving rain forces water up the tile. This roof is now completely watertight for many years to come.
