I would like to make an announcement, that will come as a shock to many people, that I haven't already notified. On Friday the 6th of October, Graham Morris Electrical Contractors will cease trading.
After 23 brilliant years, in which I met many fantastic customers and their families ,
Myself and Niall Cunningham are going to be starting a new job at ITM Power on the 9th of October. This is an incredible opportunity for us both. I am eternally grateful for all the support we have received over the years.
I would also like to thank the young men who I have put through an apprenticeship over the last 23 years, Jonathan Rollet, Jordan Wright and James Davis. Who have all gone on to have fantastic careers in their own right. I am proud of them all. Each one played a huge part in the smooth running of my company.
Niall Cunningham chose to stay with me after he qualified, had 7 great years together, now going to start a new chapter together. Once again a huge thank you to all the people who recommended me to their families and friends. Especially during the difficult Covid era. Thank you to you all,kind regards Graham and Niall

A recent new kitchen installation we rewired in Thrybergh recently, fantastic job. Builder was brilliant to work with. A quality job from start to finish. But the best bit, was the light fitting we assembled, customers own design, she had to drink the contents of all the bottles first 😁😁🍾🍹🍸. A wonderful piece of oak too.from an old church. New consumer unit too,with rcbo protection to each circuit, built in ant surge protection to the whole installation too.

Had a call out on Monday evening, to a report of horrible smell of burning, found smoke coming out of the consumer unit. This was on a house that was totally rewired 7 years ago. But due to a loose connection , caused a huge overheating on the main neutral bar. Carried out an emergency repair, to get power back on..went back Tuesday morning. Fitted new metalclad consumer unit, with built in Surge protection, Rcbo protection to each individual circuit. Carried out some other minor repairs and improvements today. . When was the last time your electoral installation was inspected and tested? Stay safe everyone

Called out on Monday night, to a report of no electricity to all sockets in a house in bramley, report of the circuit breaker very hot, shocked to discover a severely burnt out mcb on arrival, and cables melted. Carried out emergency repairs, and fitted a replacement mcb to get power back on.
Returned on Tuesday morning to fit a replacement consumer unit with individual rcbo protection to each circuit, consumer unit with built in power surge protection.
Traced and Rectified various faults on socket and lighting circuits.
Carried out full test, issued electrical installation certificate,
Registered job with local authority building control, customer to receive compliance certificate too. When was the last time you had your Electrical installation tested and certified?
