⚡ Upgrade Complete – clean, compliant & built for reliability ⚡

Another installation brought up to standard with a full tidy-up and reorganisation of the existing setup.

The previous arrangement lacked proper organisation and safe containment, making maintenance difficult and leaving the installation looking untidy and outdated.

SW15 Project Update

We’re now in the final stages of this latest development, with excellent progress across all units.

Three flats are currently receiving their finishing touches, while one remains in the second fix stage. The project is on track for full completion by the end of April.

This scheme comprises a selection of modern 1- and 2-bedroom open-plan apartments, including a balcony unit and a spacious ground-floor 2-bed, 2-bath property. Each unit is being delivered fully fitted, including combi-boilers, washing machines, and dryers.

This marks our second large-scale collaboration with this developer, and it’s been a pleasure to see the project progress efficiently from first fix through to the final stages.

🚧 Works Underway – Hillingdon New-Build Project 🚧

We’re pleased to share that works are now well underway on our latest project in Hillingdon, delivering four two-storey, two-bedroom new-build homes designed with assisted living and long-term comfort in mind.

All four plots are currently at first fix stage and fully wired, marking a great milestone in the build programme 👷‍♂️⚡

Each property has been thoughtfully designed for modern living, featuring a spacious double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bright open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is complemented by a separate utility room with a Velux rooflight, alongside the added convenience of a downstairs W/C. A generous family bathroom, along with private patio and garden spaces, completes each home.

These homes are also being future-proofed with solar panels to improve energy efficiency and an integrated sprinkler system to enhance safety and peace of mind.

Our scope includes full electrical installation throughout, along with structured data connections across each property.
