These works are being carried out on a room by room basis as the client redecorates there house. The electrics in this house will be brought up to current regulations with additional sockets and light fittings added where required. The end target for this client is a full rewire done in stages to minimise the disruption to the house and keeping the costs to manageable payments rather than one big outlay for a full rewire.
