Another transformation completed 👌

For this project we:
• Installed new sleeper borders

• Filled borders with fresh bark mulch

• Laid a beautiful Indian sandstone pathway finished with Flowpoint grout

• Scarified and aerated both front and rear lawns

• Overseeded and top-dressed with fine compost to help establish healthy new growth

The weather definitely tested us on this one 🌧️ we had to wait for the right conditions before completing the grouting, but it was worth it in the end.

In the rear garden, we also installed sleeper borders filled with Scottish pebbles which complement the space perfectly.
We additionally removed all of the old failing grout from the existing patio and replaced it with fresh Flowpoint for a much stronger, longer-lasting finish.

Really pleased with how this one turned out and the lawns are already starting to establish nicely 🌱

Another tidy transformation completed ✔️

Removed an overgrown bush, installed a new feather edge fence with a bespoke gate for added privacy, and laid a solid shed base ready for the customer’s new shed.

Finished this decking job over in Lavendon this week.

The old deck was well past its best, so we stripped it all back and rebuilt it from scratch. Much stronger, level, and a lot more usable space now, especially around the BBQ
area.

Really happy with how this one turned out 👍

We transformed this area into a practical parking space by removing the grass, installing block edging, and laying fresh gravel!
Clean, simple, and low maintenance makes a big improvement to both the look and usability of the space.

🌿 Phase 1 Complete!
Big Transformation by Fermi Landscaping 🌿

This area started as a heavily overgrown woodland space that had become unsafe and unusable. Dead trees were falling, the ground was uneven, flooding was a constant problem and there was even buried waste hidden beneath the surface.
During Phase 1 we have:

• Cleared 20+ trees
• Removed all major stumps
• Dug out and removed over 10 tonnes of buried waste!
• moved hundreds of tonnes of soil to reshape and level
the land.
• started Installing a natural dry riverbed drainage system to stop flooding
• Reclaiming timber for benches, features and firewood

Next up: woodland walkways, seating areas, waterfalls, a go-kart track and a new orchard.

This is just the beginning of the transformation.

🌲 New Project Underway 🌲
We’ve just started an exciting new job this week and hit the ground running!
This area began as a dense, overgrown woodland with uneven ground throughout. In just a few days, we’ve already cleared a large section, graded and smoothed the banks, and made great use of the cleared shrubs and bushes by creating dead hedging on site ♻️
This project has loads of potential and it’s going to be a real transformation. Over time, it’ll be turned into a country-park-style space right in the customer’s garden, complete with flowing paths, seating areas, and a much more accessible, natural layout 🌿
There’s plenty more to come on this one, and we’ll be sharing progress along the way.

Big bespoke project completed and we are really proud of the finish!
This build involved far more than what you see from extensive groundworks including drainage, soakaways and services, plus repositioning the shepherd huts before the structure could be built around them.

The finished space features a large timber pergola with a clear corrugated roof, with willow placed beneath to create a more natural, sheltered feel as requested by the client, alongside burnt hardwood decking, sleeper planters and a statement olive tree set through the decking at the entrance 🌿

We’ll be back soon for the next phase, but first, straight on to an even bigger project!
