We have just completed this work in Rustington. We knocked down a dividing wall to create an open plan kitchen/dining area and re-configured the Utility and cloakroom. With the use of a "Pocket door" we gained space allowing us the fit the tumble dryer and Washing machine within the cloakroom which allowed us to install the fridge and larder units in the extra space achieved. We also made full use of the space under the stairs and next to the chimney by fitting floor to ceiling cupboards that finished flush with the wall. Its always exciting to re-think the space we have to work with and create space saving and space gaining solutions.

Loved working on this renovation. The customers have a great eye for detail which always makes for an exciting project....

Loved working on this renovation. The customers have a great eye for detail which always makes for an exciting project. We opened up the back of the house to allow for the installation of bi-fold doors, the old lean to was completely reconstructed before we got there so we could then build up a new floor and services which let us then install a new utility room, We then completely reinstalled a new kitchen and finished by laying a Quickstep floor throughout.

Here are a few pictures of my latest project in Goring, The new rear extension was built within the councils permitted development regulations so full planning permission wasn't needed. This still allowed us to project 3 metres and give this family a big open plan living space. The are a few progress pictures and lots of what the room looks like now.
