✅ 2 coats of wash coat applied onto the new bare plaster (don't forget to dry those walls and ceilings first!)
✅ 3 coats of Pure Brilliant White Matt paint on the bedroom ceiling and 2 coats on the kitchen ceiling
✅ 2 coats of Matt finish wall paint on bedroom walls and kitchen walls
✅ Bathroom walls and ceilings got 3 coats of Easycare soft sheen bathroom paint - tough on moisture and steam!
✅ Woodwork and doors got a smooth finish with 2 coats of clear varnish and a final sand down

✅ Prepared all surfaces, sanded doors/woodwork, and applied 2 coats of Pure Brilliant white on ceilings and ceiling island
✅ Applied 2 coats of Matt finish paint on walls
✅ Used Dulux trade quick dry satinwood on woodwork to prevent pet hair accumulation
✅ Cleaned rooms, rehung photos, and rearranged decorations as requested

✅ Front garden brick work repaired and repointed , garden all tidied up and rendering repaired and painted
✅ All walls and ceilings inside were cleaned with sugar soap , preparing it for the decorator
✅ New splash back installed in kitchen and boiler door
✅ All interior doors installed with new porcelain door handles , catches and latches
✅ hallway and bedroom ceiling ripped down , plaster boarded and plastered by First Choice Plastering
✅ All major floor and walls repairs were completed ready for the decorator and carpet installation
✅ Insulation installed in basement and loftspace to improve heating
✅ All bathrooms, showers and kitchen were resealed, ready to be used for the next tenants
✅ basement floor and walls were tanked and painted , new vents installed with safety strips installed on the stairs . New down pipes were installed outside to prevent water leaking into the basement
