Pics from our recent site visit to our flat refurbishment project near Tower Bridge. The bathroom installation is underway, and a new instant electric boiler has been installed.
Construction due end of September.
CASA Architecture + Design has been commissioned to design the new interiors of the flat, as well as handle site coordination and procurement of all materials, appliances, and lighting.

Site visit to our project in Crouch Hill, Islington.
The project involves a comprehensive refurbishment of a semi-detached house with ground floor rear extension and loft conversion. Completed with a full house retrofit and new PV panels, we will extend the lifespan of the house for another 30-50 years min.

Recent site visit to one of our projects in Winchmore Hill, North London.
The project involves a comprehensive refurbishment of a detached house with front, rear and upwards extension, maximising the development potential of the site.
The house harmoniously blends modernity with art deco features, as a gesture to the original style of the house.
The new double-height hall is our favourite feature of the house!

Almost all house has been demolished, including all floors structure and roof.
Double storey rear extension, front extension with new entrance and second floor addition will make the house unrecognizable!
